Your order should reach you in perfect condition, but if you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange as long as the following conditions are met.
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Our return deadline is 30 days from purchase. So if you got the wrong size, hate the colour, or just plain changed your mind, you can return your item for refund or exchange.
INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, for example, your order number.
CLEAN & UNUSED
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and must include original packaging and shop tags.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. You need to pay for the return on your item. This cost is not refundable. Mail or courier your clean, unused product together with a RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM to Football Central as follows:

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed and, in the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We cannot accept customised or personalised items for refund or exchange - this includes any items with name and/or number printing added.

REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you think your items is faulty or defective (broken or doesn't work properly) return to us as above or contact us at email@example.com.
