About Us

Hey there and welcome to Football Central!

We're a boutique football store with a 'treasure trove' of football products sourced both locally and from across the globe. 

We're based in Porirua, just out of our fine nation's Capital - Wellington (New Zealand). If you're planning a trip to the windy city check us out.

Co-owners, Jamie Farrington and Richard Mowbray have drawn together a dedicated team of football-loving staff and all together we do our best to offer our customers great football products and impeccable services, while having a bit of fun (who wouldn't have fun in a football store????).

We also work with a number of sports clubs and schools throughout the country via our school/club sports uniform and equipment supply business – SportWorx. And, over the last couple of years, we've introduced FC Creative Football Kit  - fcfootballkit.com - a bespoke football kit design company

so great to find a dedicated football shop with everything we needed. very helpful staff opened the shop despite it being stock take day (thanks Bruno ;) and the other staff helped us with an exchange which was no bother at a later date..if you live in wellington town it’s worth the short trip!
